Conscious Culture in the Triple Transition

 “JUST LIKE ME – Moments of Humanity and Empathy” 

This was the title of my keynote at the annual forum for corporate and innovation culture.

We explored:

• What empathy truly means – and why compassion matters
• What holds us back from being empathetic

• How we can train empathy – both through daily micro-practices and formal routines

   

It was magic to feel the energy and connection in the room after our shared practice. Thank you all for showing up so courageously and wholeheartedly.

This day will stay with me – as a beautiful memory of genuine connection and humanity. 💜
